What kind of shop is this? What do you sell?
This is a curated shop focused on unique objects with soul and character. Most pieces are vintage finds sourced from travels or local thrifts, but the collection also includes handmade, small-batch, and custom-order items from contemporary makers. Our goal is to offer meaningful, lasting objects that feel personal and timeless.

Can I request a specific object or ask for help sourcing something?
Definitely. We love treasure-hunting for our clients. If you’re looking for a certain style, material, or object, just send a message and we’ll keep an eye out.

Do you offer interior design or styling services?
Yes, we offer both interior design projects and styling services. Whether you're furnishing an entire space or simply looking to add character through a few special pieces, we can help. From full-room concepts to curated object sourcing or set styling, we’re happy to collaborate and bring your vision to life.

Are the objects vintage or new?
Most of the pieces are vintage and marked as such, especially in the Vintage & Loved collection. However, because we prioritize curation over category, we also include newer, handmade, or custom objects that align with our aesthetic and values. All listings clearly indicate whether the item is vintage or not.

Where do the items come from?
Most of the objects are curated from Portugal, especially ceramic and utilitarian items. Some pieces come from private collections or local markets, and we indicate the origin whenever known. But we have objects from around the world!

What condition are the items in?
All items show signs of age—like small imperfections, patina, or wear—which we consider part of their charm. We do not sell broken or damaged items unless clearly noted.

Are the ceramics safe for food use?
Many vintage ceramics were made before modern food safety standards. Unless otherwise specified, we recommend using them for decorative purposes only.

Can I use these items daily?
Some objects, like bells or jars, can be used regularly. However, because they are old and often handmade, we suggest handling them with care to ensure longevity.

Are the items cleaned or restored?
Each piece is gently cleaned to remove dust or surface dirt but kept as close to original condition as possible. If an item has been restored, we will always mention it.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within an agreed timeframe as long as the item is returned in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with secure, trackable packaging. If you’re outside of Portugal, just send us a message for a quote on shipping costs and estimated delivery time.

Can I reserve an item?
If you're in the Trade Program, absolutely. We can hold an item for up to 48 hours upon request. For longer holds, we may ask for a small deposit.
